Not enough evidence!
Oct. 8, 2008 — “If the facts don’t fit, then you got to acquit,” V.I. Superior Court Judge Brenda J. Hollar hollered.
apparently a fan of Johnny Cochran.

Brenda J. Hollar hollered

Johnny Cochran
“Hollar ultimately shot down the motion to dismiss charges against Ward of aiding and abetting in first- and second-degree murder, along with third-degree assault. But she reserved the right to act on motions to acquit Thomas and Boston of aiding and abetting in first- and second-degree murder, telling prosecuting attorneys they have not yet provided any evidence to show that the two conspired with each other to stab and kill Cockayne.”
does anyone really care? i dont know anyone who does.
“Oct. 8, 2008 – The Virgin Islands State Health Insurance Program is the recipient of a performance award from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, according to a press release from the Office of Lieutenant Governor Gregory R. Francis.”
Saint Croix won an award???

- Actual picture of Lieutenant Governor Gregory R. Francis
it must be a meaningless one, it has to.
“This is the third year that VISHIP has received a performance award,” Francis said. “I am proud of their commitment to offering a stellar level of customer service to our residents.”
Three times? in a row? Stellar level of costomer service??
that is stellar… who says stellar?
“VISHIP is a program federally funded by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and locally administered by the lieutenant governor’s office.”
oh, now i get it.
